2. Apps and the App Store

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the standard licensed application end user license agreement, unless a separate agreement is provided with the app. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their support.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs on our website and in our apps are owned by Intelligence Plus Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer them except as permitted by law or by written permission from us.

Our website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelligence Plus Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or apps.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
